How do I pay?
There are different ways of paying for you kaomoji order.
- We accept MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards with Stripe .
- We accept PayPal.
- We also accept direct bank transfers, please email us before placing an order and let us know that you want to pay with a bank transfer.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we always send you an track & trace email to let you know it's on the move. We'll send you an email within 7 business days.
Is there track & trace available?
Yes, you will receive the code through email. There is no track & trace for our facemasks, Nya bags or other items if stated in the tracking email.
How do I find my size?
You can find our size chart here. All our t-shirts, sweaters and hoodies are unisex. Hoodies tend to run larger. If you are still unsure about your size, don't hesitate to send us an e-mail or ask on our socials for extra help!
What if I want to exchange my product for another size?

What if something is wrong with my order?

How do I wash the products?
- Wash inside-out max 30 degrees
- Hang dry
- Iron inside-out, not on the print!

Do you have an offline shop?
Currently not, for now we go to (anime)conventions in The Netherlands and Europe.
My shirt is smelly, how come?
Digital Direct is a high quality printing technique that increases quality and durability. There is only one small disadvantage: All the shirts must be sprayed before printing. This spray may smell like vinegar but don't worry. It is absolutely harmless and it should vanish after the first wash! :)
Why are there so many rules for washing a damn T-shirt?!
Because, our T-shirts are hand printed by our print shop. You have to be more carefully with hand printed T-shirts than factory T-shirts.
Will I be charged for customs and import?
Import fees vary widely across the world. We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes. Kaomoji is not responsible for the custom charges and duties you may be subject to.
