RETURN POLICY 

If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible return policy and are very happy to help you choose something else. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed within 7 days after you’ve received your product. 

Returns for sale items are not allowed. However, kaomoji will review replacement/return requests only if there's an error with the product. Such as wrong size, print error, wrong product or damaged product.

The product can be returned if:

If the above criteria are not met, we have the rights to reject your exchange. Please write us at [email protected] to begin the return process. If you do not do this, your order cannot be tracked and you run the risk of not having a successful return!

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is with us. Goods are returned to kaomoji at your own expense (except for The Netherlands). Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it insured. Always retain proof of postage.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you would like to exchange your product for another size, please read the following information below. The conditions for exchange are the same as our return policy. 

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we would be happy to exchange. However, the buyer must pay for the return shipping. Sent us an e-mail with your order number to start the exchange process. 

LOST PACKAGE? 

If you have not received your package, please take your time and do the following:

  1.  Verify your address. It sounds silly, but some customers really do type in the wrong address!

  2.  Check your tracking number. It was emailed to you when the package was shipped.

  3. Talk to your mail man as well as the post office.

  4. Check if there is any letter from the postman on your doorstep. Mostly they leave a message for you with the location for pickup.
     
  5. Check with your neighbor to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address by accident.

  6. If all else has failed, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and full name.

PLEASE NOTE: kaomoji is not responsible for refunding your money if you deny acceptance of your package at Customs, if you deny the package from your local post office, or if you gave us the wrong shipping address. You are fully responsible for the shipping address provided to us at the time the order was placed.
